Dimensions, finish and workmanship varies due to hand crafting. The pedicure bowl will look polished right out of the package. Copper oxidizes with time and reacts with many elements developing a unique patina over time. The best way to maintain and clean copper is by wiping the surface using regular soap and water and dry it using a soft rug. Waxing the copper will maintain the copper finish and luster for a period of time. The bowls have textured hammered raised dots and rounded at sides and placed on the bottoms for maximum therapy potential to cure aches and pains including: sore feet, bunions, plantar fasciitis, metatarsalgia, tendonitis, twisted ankles, arthritic toes & joints and other foot and ankle ailments.
